SX505 handheld optical power meter is a compact and easy-to-use test instrument for optical fiber networks. It is suitable for construction and maintenance of fiber communication and CATV systems. The power meter features a wide range of power measurement and high accuracy function. It can be used for absolute optical power measurements as well as relative loss measurements in optical fibers. This low-power device has a maximum continual operation time of 160 hours with two 1.5 V alkaline batteries.
